You are in for an incredibly exciting time and we cannot wait to work with you!
First off, thank you so much for putting your trust in us by investing in Erica Carrico's Inner Circle Program. We’ve poured our heart and soul into supporting new entrepreneurs like you, and from the bottom of our heart, thank you.
The content, guidance, and coaching you're going to find in this coaching program is some of the best we have ever developed in our combined 10+ years of coaching, and we know you're going to love it!!
Investing in this program is a big step for your business, and your life. You're saying that you are ready to step into abundance, build a soul-aligned business, fulfill your purpose, have the impact you know you’re meant to have, and live the life you were destined to live!
It's a big deal, and we hope that you take it as seriously as we do.
You’ve made a wonderful investment and our promise is, that if you follow this through, and put in the work, you WILL see business-changing, life-changing results on so many levels, and have your path to six-figures put in place!

It is important to know that you can only expect beautiful and amazing results from this program if you yourself put in and commit to the journey too.
The following are the most important guidelines of this program to be aware of before becoming an official client. They are the same for every person we work with and if you have any questions, we encourage you to discuss them with us prior to signing your contract.

Client Agreement
Welcome! We are so looking forward to working with you and helping you create your path to six-figures and beyond in your soul-aligned business! Please read this information carefully.
This Agreement is being made between Carrico Ventures, LLC of {{brand.address | address}} (“Coach” or “me”) and {{client.name}} (“Participant” or “you”). We both legally agree to the following:
Program Description.
You are enrolling in and agreeing to participate in Erica Carrico's 12-Month Inner Circle Program. The program includes the following:
- 12-month intimate, high-level coaching container with Erica & her team of incredible coaches
- Jump start Virtual Private 2-hour VIP Day w/Erica (as soon as you join)
- *2 Tuesdays a month 90-minute group coaching calls (these calls are business focused)
-*Monthly group coaching call with Mandy (a spiritual mentor, breath worker, energy healer, sacred space holder) On these calls we avoid business - these are for SOUL nourishment & transformation.
- 1:1 Quarterly coaching call with Erica
-*Monthly group copy-writing call w/Nicole (Erica’s copy-writer who writes for several million dollar coaches)
- Voxer and Email support with Erica
- In-Person Retreat (date & location TBD)
*Subject to very occasional rescheduling or cancellation due to holidays, illness or schedule changes
Expectations and Responsibilities.
During the Program, you can expect that our team will:
Come prepared.
Devote our full attention to you during our time together.
Serve as your accountability partner and supporter.
Stretch you outside of your comfort zone.
Offer support, encouragement, feedback and guidance
Deliver a combination of powerful coaching, and training to help you grow and scale your business.
I expect that you will:
Show up on time without distractions.
Give 100% of your effort and fully commit to the Program.
Come fully prepared for our time together.
Use your best efforts to complete all action steps.
Promptly provide payment for the Program.
Be open to new ideas and willing to stretch and grow.
Ask any questions you may have as they arise.
Scheduling and Communication.
Contacting Us: Should you need to reach us, please contact us Monday-Friday between 9:00am-5:00pm MT at support@ericacarrico.com. We will do our best to respond to you within 24 hours on weekdays. On weekends and holidays, we will do our best to reply to you by the next business day. Any e-mails related to your Program are for quick questions and you will receive brief responses. If you want to discuss Program content or your own situation at length, we request that you raise your questions or concerns as part of the group program calls or in the group forum.
Group Calls: A schedule of our Program group calls will be shared with you during your enrollment in the Program or shortly thereafter, including the call-in-/login information to participate in the call. Please plan to come to the group calls on time. If you miss a group call, there will be no make-up dates for the call; rather, you may access the replay/recording which will be shared with Program participants following the call.
One-on-one Calls: All one-on-one calls that are offered will be scheduled through our online scheduler (you will receive emails with calendar links informing you to book your calls, so keep an eye on your inbox). Our time together is important. Please come prepared to start and end each one-on-one call on time. If you need to reschedule or cancel a one-on-one call, you need to do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time by sending an e-mail to support@ericacarrico.com. If you do not contact us at least 24 hours in advance, this will be considered a Missed Call which will be forfeited and you will not have the opportunity to reschedule it or to receive a refund for that portion of the Program.
Call Recordings: All Program calls will be recorded. Recorded group calls will be shared with the group participants within 48 hours following the call. By participating in the Program and speaking at any time during any call, you are consenting to the recording of your voice, image and/or name and likeness.
Investment and Payment.
Investment: You agree that you are financially willing and able to invest in this Program by choice, and that by so doing, you are not incurring any economic hardship in any way.
Paid in full: $25,000
OR 2 installments of 12,500
OR $2250/month for 12 months. ***Please note that you will be automatically enrolled into auto-pay with this 12 month installment plan.
Payment Authorization and Receipt: If paying by debit card, or credit card, you give us permission to automatically charge your credit card or debit card as payment for your Program without any additional authorization, and you will receive an electronic receipt. If I choose to provide you with a Paypal invoice instead, you are required to manually pay it by the date due on the invoice or your Program will be put on hold until payment is made.
Missed Payment: If payment is not received by the agreed date due or there is a problem with the payment transaction or method, you will be notified by e-mail and then have a 3-day grace period to make the payment following the due date. Should your remaining balance not be paid in full prior to your preferred start date, your Program will not start and you will be assessed a late fee of one and one half percent (1.5%) of the total unpaid amount per month; provided, however, that no such late fee shall exceed the lesser of eighteen percent (18%) per annum or the maximum rate permitted by applicable. If paying via a payment plan, you will have a 3-day grace period to make the payment following the due date and if no payment is done within 3 days, you will have the option to split your payment into two installments where the first installment (half of the total amount due) within 8 days of the payment due date and the second installment (the other half of the total amount due) will be due within 16 days of the payment due date. If payment is not paid by this time frame, you will lose access to the program which includes but is not limited to the weekly calls, 1:1 calls, and all communication channels. You also agree to pay all reasonable out-of-pocket costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred by us in the collection of any past-due amounts or in enforcing any of our rights, powers, remedies and privileges hereunder. As used in the foregoing sentence, the term “attorneys’ fees” shall mean reasonable charges and expenses for legal services rendered to or on behalf of us in connection with the collection of any past-due amounts at any time whether prior to the commencement of any proceedings or thereafter and/or in pre-judgment and post-judgment or bankruptcy proceedings. Once your total investment plus any late fee is paid in full, you will be able to start the Program and regain access to everything.
Refund Policy: It is my intention for you to be happy with your Program. However, because I have invested considerable time and effort in your Program, if you decide to withdraw at any time for any reason, you are still fully responsible for making all Program payments, and no refunds will be provided.
Confidentiality.
Confidentiality Related to Group Calls. Confidentiality Related to Group Calls. Confidentiality is important to us. At the same time because this is a group setting, you are aware that when you participate in a group call or interact with any group members by any means during the Program, including in the group forum, Facebook group, retreat, or other public settings, you are voluntarily sharing and disclosing information which may be seen, heard, collected and used by others, and therefore, we cannot be responsible for any unauthorized use of any or all of the information that you share with other group participants, whether during the calls, online, in private conversations, or in any other manner.
Confidentiality Related to One-on-One Calls. We will keep all information that you share with us during one-on-one calls confidential. We will not disclose any information that you share with us during the one-on-one calls to anyone else unless: (1) they have a legitimate reason to know such information as a member of my team or staff, (2) when required by law, (3) when the safety, health, privacy rights, intellectual ownership rights, and/or any other rights of any participants may be threatened or have been violated, or (4) you have specifically given us prior written permission.
Confidentiality Related to One-on-One Calls. We will keep all information that you share with us during one-on-one calls confidential. We will not disclose any information that you share with us during the one-on-one calls to anyone else unless: (1) they have a legitimate reason to know such information as a member of my team or staff, (2) when required by law, (3) when the safety, health, privacy rights, intellectual ownership rights, and/or any other rights of any participants may be threatened or have been violated, or (4) you have specifically given us prior written permission.
Intellectual Property Rights.
Your Work Product. We acknowledge that you hold all intellectual property rights in any of your work product resulting from participation in the Program, including but not limited to copyright and trademark rights as business ideas or content. We agree not to claim any such ownership in your work product or intellectual property at any time.
My Intellectual Property Rights. I retain all ownership and intellectual property rights to the Program content and all materials provided to you through the Program, including all copyrights and any trademarks belonging to me. The Program content and materials are being provided to you for your individual use only and with a single-user license which means that you are not allowed or authorized to share, copy, sell, post, distribute, reproduce, duplicate, trade, resell, exploit, or otherwise disseminate any portion of the Program or Program materials, electronically or otherwise, for business or commercial use, or in any other way that earns you money, without my prior written permission.
Personal Responsibility, Disclaimer & Release of Claims.
Personal Responsibility & Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that you take full responsibility for yourself and all decisions made before, during and after your Program. You accept full responsibility for your choices, actions and results before, during and after this Program, and you knowingly assume all of the risks of the Program related to your use, misuse, or non-use of the Program or any of the Program materials. You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for your results.
Disclaimer: I have used care in preparing the information provided to you, but this Program and my Program materials are being provided as self-help tools for your own use and for informational and educational purposes only. There are many factors that influence results, so no guarantees can be made as to the results you will experience through this Program. You agree that I am not responsible for your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health, for your financial earnings or losses, or for any other result or outcome that you may experience through this Program. Nothing related to this Program is intended to be considered medical, mental health, legal, financial, or religious advice in any way. For specific questions related to a medical or mental health situation, consult your own medical or mental health professional. For specific questions related to your financial, legal or tax situation, consult your own attorney, accountant, and/or financial advisor. For specific questions related to religion, spirituality, or faith, consult your own clergy member or spiritual healer. Do not start or stop taking any medications because of anything you have read or received through this Program. Any recommendation of any doTerra /Thorne /USANA/Arbonne/etc. products is simply offered for educational purposes, and you need to check with your own medical professional before using any of these products on, in or near your body in any way. By signing this Agreement, you agree that you are also consenting to the full Disclaimer which may be found on our website, www.ericacarrico.com.
Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Release of Claims: I will not be held responsible in any way for the information that you request or receive through this Program, including my services, products, and Program materials and any other information you have received from or through me related to this Program. You agree that you fully and completely hold harmless, indemnify and release me from any and all liability, damages, causes of action, allegations, suits, sums of money, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, that you ever had, now have or may have against me in the future that may arise from your participation in the Program, including all services, products, and Program Materials, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Other Important Terms.
Termination: If either of us want to terminate the Agreement at any time, we both agree to notify the other at least 3 days in advance by email. Even after termination by either of us, all of the terms of this Agreement, including all of the Investment, Refund Policy, and Intellectual Property terms, will still apply to both of us now and in the future.
Notice: All correspondence or notice required regarding the Program shall be made to us by e-mail at support@ericacarrico.com and to you at the email address you provided during your enrollment in the Program. Should your email address, billing information, or contact information change at any time throughout the Program, it is your responsibility to provide your updated information to me within 3 days of any change.
Force Majeure: In the event that any cause beyond my reasonable control, including, without limitations, “acts of God”/nature, war, curtailment or interruption of transportation facilities, threats or acts of terrorism, State Department travel advisories, labor strikes or civil disturbances, unforeseen or foreseen human-initiated circumstances, health or travel restrictions, quarantines, lockdowns or precautions imposed by any government entity or agency, local, state or federal law or ordinance, or other instances, make it inadvisable, illegal, or impossible for me to perform my responsibilities or obligations under this Agreement, either because of unreasonable increased costs or the risk of injury, I will not be liable for a reasonable period of delay or for the inability to indefinitely fulfill my responsibilities and obligations.
Entire Agreement, Assignment, Survivability and Waiver: This Agreement contains our entire agreement. This Agreement may be modified or amended at any time as long as the amendment is in writing and signed by both of us. You may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement to anyone else, and the obligations under this Agreement shall survive indefinitely unless otherwise stated in this Agreement. If I choose to waive or not enforce one or more terms of this Agreement, it does not in any way limit my right to later enforce every part of this Agreement.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be construed according to the laws of the County of Weld in the State of Colorado.
Dispute Resolution: Should we ever have any differences, it is hoped that we could work them out amiably through e-mail correspondence. However, if we are unable to seek resolution in 14 days, we agree now that the only method of legal dispute resolution that will be used is binding arbitration before a single arbitrator, jointly selected by both of us, unless we both agree otherwise in writing. You understand and agree now that the only remedy that can be awarded to you through arbitration is the full refund of your Payment made to date. No other actions or financial awards of consequential damages, or any other type of damages, may be granted to you. We both agree now that the decision of the arbitrator is final and binding, and may be entered as a judgment into any court having the appropriate jurisdiction. You also agree that should arbitration take place, it will be held in the County of Weld in the State of Colorado where my principal place of business is located, and the prevailing party shall be entitled to all reasonable attorneys’ fees and all costs necessary to enforce the decision of the arbitrator.
Non-Disparagement: If there is a dispute between us, you agree to not publicly or privately make any negative or critical comments about the Program, my business or me, or to communicate with any other individual, company or entity in a way that disparages the Program or harms my reputation in any way, including on social media. In arbitration or when required by law, of course, you are not prohibited from publicly sharing your thoughts and opinions.
Fair Play" Agreement:
You agree to obey the following rules and expectations during and after my time inside Soul Business Scale:
- Show up on time without distractions.
- Give 100% of my effort and fully commit to the Program.
- Come fully prepared for our time together.
- Use my best efforts to complete all action steps.
- Be open to new ideas and willing to stretch and grow.
- Ask any questions I may have as they arise.
- Show appreciation and support to other participants inside the program and community.
- Will not steal or copy Coach’s and/or other participants’ work inside the program and claim it as your own.
Group Agreement:
We believe that respect and boundaries are key to creating a healthy, kind, brave and safe-as-possible environment for everyone in our community.
We recognize that there is no such thing as an entirely safe space for everyone when you have a community as diverse as ours, but we are hopeful that by creating some agreements around how we will conduct ourselves in group settings, we can cultivate an environment that is empowering for everyone to make the most of their time in this program.
Here are some agreements that we propose:
Confidentiality & Fair Play
We keep private the personal stories that are shared here, as well as the intellectual property of others who are working hard to build businesses based on their own Soul guidance. We do not plagiarize or replicate anyone else’s ideas, strategy, or copy without their prior consent and proper attribution. If you desire to share something that was inspired by Erica or anyone on her team, please reach out to Erica and the appropriate team member for permission.
Worthiness & Comparison
We affirm that every person is starting from a different place, with a different set of skills and life experiences, and all are worthy and wonderful. We fully embrace the uniqueness of each individual person and we do our best to avoid comparison with one another and honor each journey.
Use Discernment with your Shares
We acknowledge that our experiences as soul-preneurs are important, and we encourage the sharing of mindset and identity work, while also recognizing that things that we share may also activate trauma in others. We commit to being discerning with our stories and intentional with our sharing, not using this space for emotional processing and/or support. Carrico Ventures, LLC recommends consulting a therapist or other trauma-informed specialist if you need a space for healing, as anything outside of strategy and basic mindset work is outside the scope of our program and coaching staff.
No Self-promotion
We recognize that there are many coaches/healers/helping professionals and leaders in this space, and we encourage collaboration and support, but we also recognize that this isn't a space to generate clients, customers or followers. Of course there may be times when someone resonates with your work and reaches out to work with you. That is encouraged, but there will be no tolerance for sales pitches.
Inclusivity
We welcome, honor, and respect all cultural backgrounds, gender orientations, sexual preferences, religions, and walks of life. We don’t make assumptions about how people identify or what they believe, and we don’t attempt to educate or convince anyone of our beliefs.
We are also mindful of giving others space to be heard. For this reason, when asking questions on the live calls, please prioritize and ask no more than 2 questions at a time. Once everyone has had a chance to get their questions answered, we can circle back around to you.
Kindness and Acceptance
We commit to a space free of harassment, including racist, sexist, transphobic, fatphobic, ableist, or homophobic words or memes in the Facebook group on live calls.
Inner Circle has a zero tolerance policy for hate speech.
We define hate speech as content that does or intends to attack, threaten, incite violence against, or dehumanize an individual or a group of individuals on the basis of protected attributes. We also do not allow content that verbally or physically threatens violence or depicts harm to an individual or a group based on any of the following protected attributes:
- Race
- Ethnicity
- National origin
- Religion
- Sexual orientation
- Sex
- Gender
- Gender identity
- Serious disease or disability
- Immigration status
- Physical appearance
Posts of this nature will be deleted and the member will be removed from the program without a Refund.

Limitations, Feedback, and Repair Processes
The coaching staff at Carrico Ventures, LLC acknowledge their limitations in being able to represent the experiences of those with marginalized and targeted identities. We also acknowledge that our own dismantling of inherent bias is an ongoing process. If you feel that a member of the staff has violated the above agreements and/or said something offensive or harmful in any way, please feel at liberty to kindly bring it to the attention of the person directly, or report it to support@ericacarrico.com. We do not shy away from difficult conversations, and are willing to take responsibility and begin processes of repair for any harm that may have been done.

You agree that you have had the opportunity to ask us any questions prior to reviewing and signing, and your signature indicates that you are in agreement with all of the terms of this Agreement.
